Register for Parent Education C•A•R (Community Association for Rehabilitation, Inc.) is a not-for-profit organization for people with developmental (Down Syndrome, mental retardation, autism, and cerebral palsy) and other disabilities, who live in the Bay Area. C•A•R has been accredited by CARF, a national accreditation commission, since 1980. C•A•R offers services to infants, children, and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. C•A•R’s services include the Infant Development Program, Milestones Preschool, Respite Services, Creative Recreation, L.E.A.R.N., Independent Living Services, Employment Services, Computer Cafe and the Betty Wright Swim Center @ C•A•R.
